Cimstar 35-659-03 is a water-miscible, micro fine emulsion type cutting fluid concentrate. This high-performance emulsion is free of boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde releasers. The Cimstar 35-659-03 is equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.
Application
Cimstar 35-659-03 is a specialized cutting fluid recommended for heavy duty machining and grinding operations on difficult to machine aerospace alloys like titanium, and nickel based superalloys.
Cimstar 35-659-03 is designed for use in individual machines and central systems, and performs extremely well when used in water of medium hardness (8 to 20 dH).
