Heavy duty evaporative lubricant

Milform 2315 evaporative lubricant is a heavy-duty, fin stamping and collar drawing compound developed specifically for the air conditioning and heat transfer industries. Milform 2315 evaporative lubricant combines synthetic polymer chemistry and extreme pressure additives to offer the ultimate collar drawing product without the use of mineral oil.

Application
Milform 2315 evaporative lubricant is the product of choice when production demands require increased collar heights and/or unusual collar configurations. The “Evaporative” nature of this unique Lubricant eliminates the needs for post cleaning entirely. Milform 2315 evaporative lubricant is primarily used on aluminium substrates but would perform other light-duty forming operations on ferrous metals as well as including lamination stamping. Milform 2315 may be applied by spray, roller, drip or brush methods.
